I've been on a posting roller coaster the past few days, but I just read this article and had to share.

Marriage is difficult, full of giving and taking, sharing, sacrificing, talking things out, but it sure is the best thing that could ever happen to anyone and I live for the beautiful moments of life that always make the tough times worth it.

A little about us...

Eric and I had a jazz class together at BYU my freshman year, but we never once exchanged words. A year later we were both put on the same folk dance team, where he consistently would tease me and the other girls. I found him rather annoying. A few months later, he gave me a ride to a folk dance party that I wasn't planning on attending. The car ride there was probably the first time we'd ever actually held a real conversation, during which I discovered how impressed I was by him. In the weeks that followed that get together, I was invited to go on a weekend trip to Las Vegas with Eric and some of our folk dance friends. On the drive to Vegas, the other two fell asleep, giving Eric and I a few hours to talk and get to know each other. It was that weekend that I realized how fast I was falling for this Eric guy. He was pretty amazing. Two months later we were engaged, and four months after that we were married. And we've been sharing our lives together ever since....
